How enrollment works
Enrollment at Ortiz Educare is on a first come, first serve basis and spaces may not be held without an enrollment application and deposit.
Once our program is full, children will be placed on a waitlist and then accepted as space becomes available
How do I secure a spot?
Fill out an application for enrollment and include the enrollment deposit to secure a spot in our program. If your child is placed on the waitlist, your deposit will be held until a space becomes available.
NOTE: If you withdraw your child from the waitlist before a space becomes available, then your tuition deposit may be refunded, however, you must notify the Center in writing
What's next?
After the application and deposit is received, you will be provided with an enrollment packet and asked to schedule your orientation.
NOTE: Once a space becomes available and has been reserved for your child, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Steps to enroll
Complete and submit all forms necessary for enrollment
Review COVID and safety procedures document here
Submit your child’s required proof of immunization and physical exam report form, completed and signed by a physician. Please note that, before your child can participate in any activities, immunization requirements must be met in full. This requirement is for the health and safety of all children
What we provide
Safe and loving environment
Nutritionally balanced morning and afternoon snacks
(NOTE: we do not provide lunch)
Activity supplies (paint, smocks, etc)
Sanitizing features such as air purifiers, wipes, and we conduct thorough daily cleaning measures in the facilities
